yoite's relationship with cecil could be... interesting. yoite faces life with an almost all-encompassing apathy, so he's likely to remain unperturbed by cecil's behaviour. there could be facets of cecil's personality that eventually pique his interest, however. no one can be that perfect, and unveiling the multiple layers of cecil's personality seems like some sort of puzzle to him, and he loves puzzles. he'd treat him no different from anyone else, of course, with his customary sharp words and frank speech. seeing as he's the only other sophomore in the student council, there should be plenty of chances for them to interact.
