the winter festival
the winter festival has finally arrived! this festival is especially popular for the citizens of hokkaido, and a nice break for the students while they study hard for exams. the festival lasts a full week, and has many fun activities, including ice skating and normal festival games, and the best hot chocolate of the year. in all seriousness, however, this is a favored festival for young couples, and perfect for prayers at the nearby shrine.
