[/li][li] Suspicious. It takes time and work for Jethro to let someone close. Hurt too many times, he had grown a hard 'shell' around himself, and likes to keep people at and arms length. Even when he lets people close enough to be called 'friends', it takes much effort and prodding to finally make the boy open up and be himself. For a long time, he will always keep an eye on those who keep close to him, and be wary around them.
[/li][li] IED. or Intermittent explosive disorder. Jethro tries hard to keep himself calm, but at times he can not control his anger and flies off the handle. He tends to keep himself calm with just bits of irritation, but there are times when he snaps and the boy does not hold back. He with lash out, verbally and physically, and known to cause property damage.
[/li][li] Resentful. If anyone can hold a grudge, it is this kid. Rarely will he forgive someone who hurts him. Of course, if an accidentally, that can be over looked. However if someone intentionally hurts him, or a friend, there will be hell to pay. Holding in his feelings, usually he will just ignore the other's presence or make subtle snips at them. Unless it's about his condition. Then he will snap at that moment.
[/li][li] Distant. There is nothing better then time alone, at least that is how it is for Jethro. Having grown up a loner, he has become use to this way of living, and honestly doesn't know if he can change his ways. When there is a crowd, he is likely to slink away and find a empty area to merely sit and enjoy himself. Due to his anti-social ways, he becomes awkward and anxious around too many others.
[/li][li] Insecure. Jethro has little to be proud about, and it shows. He never boosts about things, cause there is nothing to boost about. Some people would assume this 'humble' of him, but being told that only hurts him. If he was talented, he would share it with anyone. Though good with his music, he fears telling others in worry of being snuffed out by this dislike towards what he can display. A huge factor to his insecurity is of course his skin though. he grows irritated and bites at people when they ask about it, and he never answers as to how he came to be the way it is.
[/li][li] Sour. There are no cheery good mornings or bright smiles coming from this boy. Often sporting an apathetic or scowling expression, he does not give people cheerful lies in order to please them. He is blunt, and often to the point. To get a smile out of him, someone either has to be very persistent, and quite the lucky fellow.
[/li][li] Rebellious. Though he does try his best to be polite to others, that does not mean he is good with authority. He lived under far too many rules, and he grew to detest them -- and to add to the matter, growing up being picked on cause of his illness often caused him to snap at the children and be scolded often; in time, he grew indifferent to adult figures scoldings and punishments. There days, he hardly see's an issue with blindly over looking a rule and doing what he wants -- as long as no one gets hurt by it.
[/li][li] Accident Prone. Due to the 'blind rage' he often gets, Jethro isn't aware how he hurts himself when he throws things or jumps at people -- but he also is just as prone when he has a clear head. He is the type to act before thinking, and usually realizes his mistakes after becoming hurt. He often is sporting bandages from his recent fights and accidents -- they are always reminders of his stupidity. On the bright side, he's become quite good with small medical emergencies.
[/li][li] A brick wall Stubborn, really, but a brick wall is a better way to say it. Once his mind is set, there is no going back, no restarts, nothing. Once Jethro has a goal in mind, he will not stop until he reaches it -- even putting himself and his well being aside to accomplish whatever it may be. This also counts for his own fights, never knowing when to just stay down, the boy is known to just getting back on his feet even when a mess. The only time his stubborn habits do not apply, is with his pokemon. As much as he always like to win, prove himself and such, he will not risk his pokemons' well being and often holds back his desires to crush another when he knows his fighting companion is unable to go on -- he will not force them to do what they can not.[/li][/ul]

- Jethro never knew his parents. Not a name, not a picture. All he knew is that, for as long as he could remember, he had learned in an orphanage. The care takers were nuns, raising the children the best they could. Often an outcast at a young age due to his anger, it only grew worse when Jethro became ill, his skin turning the pigment it was - subjecting him to much bullying; and to not be adopted.
- Growing up being bullied, he had no friends. Only bullies who caused him to snap and get sent to the corner. In that corner is where the boy had his only 'friend'. A green stick figure. He often talked to the drawing as if it was a person. He joked with it, shared his dreams, his worries, his nightmares. The stick drawing never laughed at him, never called him names, and it was a freak colour like himself too. They were a perfect match.
- As Jethro got older, and all the other kids in his age group were adopted, the nuns started to worry about the boy. He had to start learning to help care for the younger children, and self studying; he had ambitions, and a lack of family wouldn't stop that. The nuns saw this, and admired the boy. They did not hate him for his anger issues, but rather worried that it held him back from what he could truly be. Respecting his age, they gave him much more freedom then the other children. He was given weekends to leave the church, get a job and insisted paying 'room fee' to them. He worked as a DJ - it was dark, people couldn't see him, it was perfect.
- When he hit sixteen, Jethro knew he had to go. No child had stayed past the age of ten before, he had pushed the bar too far. Though the nuns tried to assure him this wasn't his fault, the boy understood. They had other children, children who actually mattered, to care for. So, with a help of some of the workers, Jethro applied to boarding school. He scored high, and started ot attend on a scholarship - that is, if he an maintain his A's. The boy still tries to work when he can though - using the money for food and a large bit being sent back to the only home he's had.
- Stick Figures. When upset or depressed, Jethro will doodle stick figures. A simple circle with stick limbs, nothing special. Sometimes in the corner of his papers, or on the palm of his hands. There is secretly one drawn on the wall under his bed, and when he is feeling down, Jethro will hide under his bed with books and curl up in the corner near the figure. It was something he started drawing as a child when he was lonely, a friend. As he grew, the stick drawing become more of a familiarity in his ever changing life that brought him comfort up to this day.
- Horns. Given to him by another strange third year named Carm. Him and the other boy often clashed heads, eager to fight each other with pokemon, fists or random objects. One day though, Carm gave him a set of almost cosplay like horns. At first Jethro was annoyed by them, but Carm explained their symbolism. They were both growing tired from the fighting, so the horns were a sign of peace. As long as Jethro wore them, they were at a truce -- the moment he took them off though, it was the declaration for a fight/battle. It is rather stupid.. but Jethro keeps them for some reason, and almost always seen wearing them. He seems almost fond of them.
- Illness. He suffers from Argyria. It is somethign he is very sensitive about, and often mocked about it as a child, he becomes irritated when people question him about it. He does not tell people his illness, but instead ignores them for quite a large chuck of time if they dare as about it more then once. Jethro hates the subject, and he makes it painfully clear that it is a fragile area. Though, if someone dares to mock him on it, there will be hell to pay. Or flying chairs.
- Music. This, of course, being his drums and remixes. There is no better way to calming the boy then for him to simply lay back and enjoy his music. This is what leads him to often walk around with his skullcandy headphones draped around his neck -- he merely has to flick on his music to block out the sounds of whatever is causing his anger to start boiling.
- Reading Manga. To be exact, romance manga. A secret, but he loves them. He doesn't mind a usual 'slice of life' or 'Shoujo', but he truly loves to hide himself under his blankets with a romance manga and merely become lost in the wonderful plots and interesting situations and character.
they make him cry sometimes. There are few love stories he does not like, though if people ask, he often panics and says they are not his, but a friends who keeps trying to make him read them! He is shamed, clearly. - Being laughed at. It makes him loose control of his anger.
- Spoilers. Book, movie, anything. He hates spoilers! It takes away from the 'shock'.
