Koota helped the best he could, as did Kohaku, his best friend since he was just a tot. Every weekend they spent at this house before Ko was forced to return to his home. • The boy often got in fights at school, usually defending Kohaku who was much weaker then himself. This carried on for years, till he dropped out around 15. His grades were low, he was fighting constantly, and he felt there was no reason to be there. Of course, he would still show up and intimidate the students that messed with his best friend. • When he found out Kohaku was moving, he made a pact to go with him. Working hard to gain enough money for the move, he ( and with the help of some other city friends ) gained enough money for the ticket and headed over there. Of course, Kohaku's step-father knows nothing of it, and that is just how they like it. • Koota now lives out of his car in the city, watching Ko's back and taking care of himself.
