Because he literally is a man who is everywhere in the town. A charming lad living out of his truck, this european man will accept almost any job brought to him. Be it helping someone build a house, to merely helping an elderly woman weed her garden - he'll take it. His main jobs, however, is painting over graffiti on local buildings. He usually replaces it with an appealing imagery related to the store. His other his playing his guitar in front of a local cafe - it draws in customers apparently - he just enjoys playing and enjoys the cash. Of course, there are other jobs the boy has. No, he isn't a lover of the night - but something just as dangerous. Being always on the streets, always around people and such a charming fellow, it isn't hard for him to meet a pair of loose lips.
